Terms & Conditions
These terms govern quotations, orders and the supply of products by XQB Designs. By accepting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change in line with supplier increases and exchange-rate movements after the validity period.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we receive your written acceptance of the quotation together with any required deposit. Lead times are estimated in good faith and confirmed on order; imported and made-to-order items may carry extended lead times.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on each quotation. Ownership of goods passes to the client only upon receipt of payment in full. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until cleared funds are received.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery arrangements and any applicable charges are confirmed with each order. Unless expressly agreed in writing, installation is carried out by the client's appointed contractors, and XQB Designs is not responsible for installation workmanship.
Returns & Warranties
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Returns of unwanted goods are accepted at our discretion, provided items are unused, in original packaging and not special-order or made-to-order items; a handling fee may apply.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays caused by suppliers, couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
